Once we identify the final candidate, the recruiter will call to extend an offer and share information about base salary, benefits, perks, and the final steps of the recruiting process.

Assessments & Interviews: In some cases, we conduct competency and/or behavioral assessments alongside our interviews to identify your abilities and characteristics, ensuring a great fit for both the role and our company culture. During manager and team interviews, we will discuss the specific and technical aspects of the position, share expectations, and align on goals. You'll also have the opportunity to learn more and ask questions about AES, the sector, and the team from the inside.
