Assessments & Interviews: In some cases, we conduct competency and/or behavioral assessments alongside our interviews to identify your abilities and characteristics, ensuring a great fit for both the role and our company culture. During manager and team interviews, we will discuss the specific and technical aspects of the position, share expectations, and align on goals. You'll also have the opportunity to learn more and ask questions about AES, the sector, and the team from the inside.

Job Offer: Once the final candidate is identified, our recruiting team will extend an offer and provide and align with you on details like the start-date, compensation, benefits package, and make sure we have answered any remaining questions or concerns that you might have during the final steps of the recruiting process.
